Oppo Smartphones Launched in Nepal


OPPO Smartphones, popularly known as Oppo Camera phones have finally entered Nepali smartphone market. Oppo smartphones launched in Nepal today, on September 12th, with a ceremony among major press sources and will be available on the market from September 13th. Oppo is a Chinese phone company and is world’s 4th largest phone manufacturer.

Oppo has been brought in Nepal with the Triveni Group as the major distributor of the phones, told the OPPO’s brand manager for Nepal, Michael. OPPO has about 6.6 percent of total market share in smartphones. Globally, these phones are ahead of the giants Lenovo, and Xiaomi as well. The release of this brand in Nepal is expected to increase the competition in Nepalese smartphone market in terms of quality and price as well. According to early rumors, Oppo F1, F1s, and Neo 7 models are set to be released. A37 and A33 models of Oppo phones are also extremely popular in the international market.
